(Feb. 16, 2010) - Freedom High School senior Kelsey Buchanan, who scored 24 points with 15 rebounds to lead the Eagles to a 76-60 one-game playoff victory over Loudoun County Monday, has been named the AA Dulles District Division 4 Player of the Year. Park View freshman Chloe Owens was selected as the Division 3 Player of the Year.
Potomac Falls coach Lynn Ewald (D4) and Park View's Kim Grigley (D3) picked up Coach of the Year honors in the voting yesterday by district coaches.
