Girls Basketball: Stone Bridge's Season Ends in Regional Loss at Westfield

(Feb. 25, 2010) - The Stone Bridge High School girls, which went from 3-18 last year to making the AAA Northern Region playoffs this season, had their season ended Wednesday night with a 52-36 loss at Westfield in the regional first round.

"We played a very good team and I am very proud of our girls for fighting until the end tonight. They played hard but just couldn't overcome a good defensive Westfiled team," commented Stone Bridge coach Chris Jones.
