Gymnastics: APEX Athletes Compete for a Cause

(Feb. 29, 2012) - The APEX Gymnastics girls’ teams traveled to Philadelphia Feb. 24–26 to compete in the Pink Invitational.The proceeds from this competition benefit breast cancer research and was attended by over 2,000 gymnasts from all over the East Coast.

Gymnasts were treated to a visit by Olympian Shannon Miller who spoke at the event, which raised more than $60,000 for breast cancer research.
