Youth Sports: Baeball - Lower Loudoun Little League to Host League History Gathering Session
Sterling (Jan. 3, 2012) - The Lower Loudoun Little League Hall of Fame steering committee will host an information session about the history of its baseball league on Thurs. Jan. 5 at 7 p.m. at the Sterling Library. Former state senator Charles Waddell, a founding father of LLLL, will present artifacts and data about the beginning of the league. The committee is seeking anyone else with information pertaining to the inception of the league which started in 1963. Sterling Library is located at 120 Enterprise St.
