(June 6, 2011) - APEX announced its 2011 summer camps schedule with a diverse offering for different age groups and instructional levels.
Summer Blast Camps - Ages 3 and up: Campers will participate in themed camps with activities including gymnastics, crafts and games. Campers will bring their lunches Monday through Thursday and we will provide pizza and juice on Friday! No peanut products please. All camps run Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.
All camps are $150 for registered members. $170 for non-registered members. All fees are due at registration and are non-refundable. You may switch to a different camp for a $10 switch fee based on availability.

Tumbling Clinics - Ages 6 and up: This is a great clinic for dancers, cheerleaders, martial arts students or for those who just want to refine their tumbling skills! Students will participate in structured workouts as well as instructional open gym time. Focus will be on round offs, front/back handsprings, tucks, layouts and twisting. Students will have the use of the tumble track, trampoline, air track and pit.

Advanced Gymnastics Clinic – All ages: This clinic is designed for the advanced athlete (high school, all star, developmental team, advanced rec ). Athletes will learn routine requirements on all events, have use of the foam pit for new skills, participate in flexibility/conditioning as well as instructional dance training. Instructional open gym will also be available. Athletes will bring their lunches Tuesday through Thursday and we will provide pizza on Friday. No peanut products please.
