Girls Soccer: Woodgrove's Haridson Invited to U.S. U-18 Women's National Team Training Camp

(Oct. 11, 2011) - Sarah Hardison, 16-year-old junior at Woodgrove High School, has been invited to attend a week of training at the U.S. Under-18 Women's National Team domestic training camp in Carson, Calif.

The event will take place from October 23-30, 2011. Hardison will participate in training sessions and matches throughout the week. She plays forward for FC Virginia ECNL U-17 Hotspurs, ranked No. 4 nationally and in the spring led Woodgrove in its first ever season to the VHSL AA state semifinals. Hardison had 18 goals for the Wolverines, including three, three-goal hat-trick performances in Woodgroves postseason run.

Hardison also captained the 2010-11 Woodgrove girls varsity basketball team.
