Volleyball: Northwest Region Bracket Set, Heritage Earns Top Seed and Homecourt Advantage

(Nov. 5, 2010) - The Northwest Region volleyball bracket is set and Cedar Run District champion Heritage is the top seed and has homecourt advantage for the entire tournament.

The Pride (20-2) will open with a quarterfinal match on Tuesday against Albemarle. Defending AAA state champion Loudoun Valley (14-8), which dropped a 5-game thriller to Heritage in the district finals, travels to Colonial Forge Tuesday.

The semifinals are set for Nov. 11 and the finals Nov. 13.
