Football: Beat the LoCo Experts - Playoff Week 2 - Stats Man Had the Right Numbers Last Week

(Nov. 18, 2010) - "Stats Man" of Ashburn had all the right numbers last week and opponents can only be glad that he joined the Beat the LoCo Experts in just the last two weeks as he is a perfect 13 for 13 in the picks.

There were eight pickers with perfect 6-0 records last week but Stats Man had the closest score in the tiebreaker, picking Broad Run, 34-27 over Sherando, and that one point off of Sherando's 26 total in the 49-26 score was the difference.

Also perfect: aj (ashburn), BMack (sterling), Janice (Sterling), Nicole (Ashburn), PVfootball (Sterling), sb1225 (Ashburn) and Tim (Potomac Falls).

In the Experts pool, Viva Editor Dan Sousa put his faith in the local teams and only a late touchdown by Warren County prevented him from a 6-0 week -- he did extend his lead over Moe Murphy of Clarke County Sports from one to two games.

Sousa, however, is still one game behind the two fans tied at the top for the $100 grand prize -- Plankster of Ashburn and Michael of Ashburn were both 5-1 and now both 79-15 on th year. Will this week give us a clearcut favorite? Play below ... and see the updated standings below.
