Game 1: Stone Bridge trails early and the comes back against Atlee ... all tied up at 22-22 but Bulldogs score final three points to take game 1 ... 25-22 at VCU's Siegel Center in Richmond.

Game 2: Stone Bridge leads 9-5 in the second game ... Bulldogs increase lead to 17-11 ... Last year Loudoun captured back-to-back state titles with Loudoun County taking AA and Loudoun Valley AAA ... could it happen this year with County again and Stone Bridge this time? Atlee comes back to tie it 24-24 in the second ... tense action! Wow ... now 26-26, the fans are getting their state admission's worth! Did I say "Wow!" ... Bulldgos win game 2, 30-28. Matt Brooks of Washington Post reports that it was won on an Amanda Miller ace. Stone Bridge is now one game away from first ever trip to girls volleyball state finals!
