Boys Soccer: Park View's Herrera is Dulles District Player of the Year, BR's Hicks Named Coach of the Year

(May 25, 2010) - Park View High School junior Jose Miguel Herrera was named the Dulles District boys soccer Player of the Year in a vote of coaches Monday and Broad Run's Jon Hicks picked up Coach of the Year honors.
