Drama: Sterling Playmakers Production of Cinderella 'Once Upon a Time' Continues this Weekend

(Nov. 12, 2012) - So you missed the Sterling Playmakers production of "Cinderella: Once Upon a Time" don't worry about turning into a pumpkin just yet as you can see catch the family friendly musical based o the classic fairy tale this coming weekend with four performances scheduled.

Produced by Lora Buckmana and written and directed by Joe Campanella, you can catch performances:

• Fri, November 16 - 8 pm 
• Sat, November 17 - 3 pm and 8 pm 
• Sun, November 18 - 3 pm 

All performances are at the theater at Sterling Middle School, Holly Ave, Sterling, VA. Tickets: $12 plus a $1 discount per ticket for those who bring in a canned good donation for LINK. Tickets may be purchased at the door to receive your discount.

More about the musical: Cinderella (Lili Klainer) lives the life of a servant in the home of her wicked Stepmother (Nancy Noel) and Stepsisters (Corinne Fox, Ashley Kinney). Her only friend is her dog Reynard (Rose Bailey), until a magical Fairy Godmother appears (Jeannie DeLisi) to grant her wish to go to a grand ball in honor of the Prince (Anthony Bonieskie).

Young and old alike will enjoy the laughs, the warmth, and the music of this original telling.
