(Oct. 31, 2012) - Heading into tonight's playoffs in the Dulles, Cedar Run and Liberty districts, the girls volleyball season wrapped up last Thursday with several upsets. Stone Bridge had its unbeaten season stopped by Langley in five sets and Broad Run dropped its first Cedar Run contest in five sets to Freedom. Tuscarora in the Dulles District got ready for the tournament with a five set win over Loudoun Valley and Loudoun County completed another unbeaten Dulles run:

Liberty District
Langley def. Stone Bridge, 3-2 (25-21, 11-25, 25-21, 14-25, 15-12)
Cedar Run District
Freedom def. Broad Run, 3-2
