These are the questions we are face with a You Pick'Em HQ as The Spartan of Ashburn -- while not in costume we assume! -- has taken a two-game lead over the field of 183 fans just four weeks into our little contest. With a record of 30-2, The Spartan (hey, he or she earned the Capital T) is two games ahead of even the top media picker ... Matt "He Bleeds Carolina Blue" Brooks of the Washington Post, who is one game ahed of Andy "Worldwide" Hayes of Gameday Magazine and Carl "King of All Loudoun Media" Lukat of the Loudoun Times-Mirror.
The season is not even halfway done yet ... and we will play the playoffs so plenty can happen!
And the big t-shirt winner this week ... Almost Heaven of Charles Town (yes Almost Heaven 1 not Almost Heaven 2 or as I like to call him the OG Almost Heaven ... come on, two guys from Charles Town with the same nickname!) has won for the second straight week and is just five wins away from having a Viva Loudoun t-shirt for each day of the week!
Almost Heaven beat out 16 other fans who were a perfect 8-0 on the week. His/Her tiebreaker of 42-14 Heritage of Potomac Falls was off by 20 points but better than anybody else ... a lot of you had the game more like 28-14 ...
