News: Equestrian Ring at Franklin Park to Hold Grand Opening Saturday

(Sept. 28, 2010) - The Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services, the Loudoun Horse Association, Tri State Riding Club and US Trail Ride, Inc. have teamed up for the grand opening of the Equestrian Ring at Franklin Park in Purcellville on Saturday, Oct. 2.

The public is invited to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony scheduled for 4 p.m. at Franklin Park, 17501 Franklin Park Drive, Purcellville.

Varied equestrian disciplines and refreshments will be featured after the ceremony.

Directions from Leesburg: Go west on Route 7. Go approximately 14 miles to Round Hill exit (Rt. 7 business). Turn left at end of exit ramp. Continue for approximately one mile. The park entrance is on the right.
