Beckwith, the Pride's Libero or defensive specialist, signed in front of teammates, coaches and school officials.
"The feeling is amazing, it is undescribable," said Beckwith after the signing. Beckwith finished here Pride career with a school-record 1,316 career digs including a single-season record 646 digs this year.

Beckwith didn't start playing volleyball until eighth grade and by her sophomore year she was getting notice and in her junior year she said it was down to the "nitty-gritty stuff" of finding a school.
Colorado plays in the Big 12 and the Boulder school is led by first-year coach Liz Kritz who came to the Buffs after a successful four-year stint at Tulane where she led the Green Wave to a record of 76-39. Kritza is assisted by Tom Hogan, former USA Women’s National Team assistant coach.
