(Nov. 10, 2009) - Marco Chavez, Operations Manager at the Ashburn Sports Pavilion, reports that a website, www.ryansrally.org, is in the early stages of being set up to give people updated information on Ryan Diviney, the West Virginia University student and former standout Spartan athlete, seriously injured over the weekend.
Chavez says the website is simple right now but will be updated with information and will soon include a link to donate via Paypal help the family with Ryan's future needs. Diviney suffered brain trauma when he and two friends were attacked by a group of 5-to-7 adults.
In the meantime, those wishing to donate to the family, may send checks to:

For more information email info@ryansrally.org and VivaLoudoun will continue to post any updates we receive. A major hurdle awaited this afternoon with Diviney being taken off medicine which has kept him in a medically-induced paralysis.
