News: Potomac Falls Celebrates Athletes Slated to Play in College

Sterling (May 16, 2011) - Potomac Falls High School held a ceremony last Thursday for a big group of Panthers that will play athletics in college next year.

Among those honored: Kayla Motheral (volleyball - Shepherd), Michael Lascomb (baseball - Mount Union), Heather Kiefer (softball - JMU), Isaac Owusu (boys soccer - VCU), Kate Murphy (girls soccer - Elon), Harley Morocco (girls soccer - Radolph-Macon), Kelly Abt (girls soccer - JMU), Vincent Frammartino (boys lacrosse - Bethany), Rachel Hagen (track and field - JMU), Juan Campos (track and field - Virginia Tech), Connor Wilson (track and field - Virginia Tech), Katie Lose (Cheer - George Mason), Nick Rea (wrestling - York), Kayla Guttridge (softball - Frostburg State), Ryan Miller (baseball - Frederick Community College) and Nick Fernandez (football - Bridgewater).
