Helping VivaLoudoun Launch! A Word from Editor Dan Sousa!

Hello! We are still in our initial start-up phase but trying to cover events as we develop a fuller website which will replace this blog! We even have a cool VivaLoudoun logo to launch which includes a new mascot ... and no, it is not a monkey!

Did you know that we are selling over 1,500 photos on our SmugMug account ... high quality shots at rock-bottom prices! Check it out and tell your friends! There are also video clips on this site as well (see an example below of a "sick" Adrian Flemming one-hand catch from Friday!).

Finally, we need to generate revenue in order to pay the bills. Soon we will be seeking ads from local businesses. Contact us if you are interested in reaching our audience both here and on Facebook where we communicate with over 1,500 friends and 600 fans daily. In the meantime, if you see an interesting ad here, check it out as your clicks go a long way to helping feed the new mascot!

And keep the information flowing. We realize that a lot of our first posts have been centered around Broad Run and Stone Bridge but we are publishing everything that is sent our way, it is just some schools haven't found our little spot on the 'Net yet!
