Girls Lacrosse: Updated Standings for Dulles, Cedar Run and Liberty Districts + Tournament Brackets

(May 3, 2013) - Below are updated girls lacrosse standings for the Dulles, Cedar Run and Liberty districts plus a look at all three tournament brackets:

Dulles District: Woodgrove clinched another regular-season district title with a big win at Loudoun County last night. Here is what we think the brackets will look like:

Quarterfinals (records for district)
No. 8 Dominion (4-6) at No. 1 Woodgrove (10-0)
No. 5 Briar Woods (6-4) at No. 4 Loudoun County (7-2) if they lose to Valley or Tuscarora (7-3) if LC beats the Vikes.
No. 6 George Mason (5-5) at No. 3 Tuscarora (7-3) if Valley beats County or Loudoun Valley (8-1) if Vikes lose to County
No. 7 Potomac Falls (4-6) at No. 2 Loudoun Valley (8-1)/Loudoun County (7-2) winner

Cedar Run District: They say Love is Battlefield ... how about Lacrosse is Battlefield when it comes to the CR as the Bobcat girls, like the boys, have gone a perfect 10-0 to claim the district title.
