South Riding (April 17, 2012) - Freedom High School senior standout swimmer Stephanie Clarke will sign her National Letter of Intent on Wednesday at 4 p.m. in the school's library. Clarke, the first Eagle swimmer to receive an athletic scholarship, will swim next year for NCAA Division I James Madison University.
