Boys Lacrosse: Updated Standings Plus Tournament Brackets for Dulles, Cedar Run and Liberty Districts
(May 3, 2013) - Updated boys lacrosse standings are below for the Dulles, Cedar Run and Liberty Districts plus at each tournament bracket:
Dulles District: Loudoun County clinched the district's top seed and regular-season title with a 6-5 win at Woodgrove last night. If the Raiders fall to Loudoun Valley on Monday, they would finish 7-1 along with Dominion but LC beat the Titans head-to-head. District brackets should look like this:

No. 5 Loudoun Valley (4-3) at No. 4 Briar Woods (5-3)

Girls Soccer: Updated Standings Thru May 2 Plus Playoff Races for Dulles, Cedar Run, Liberty Districts
(May 3, 2013) - Updated girls soccer standings for Dulles, Cedar Run and Liberty districts are below plus remaining district contests and a look at the regular-season title races:
District Title Races
Dulles: Briar Woods (5-0-1) is up a game on Loudoun County (4-0-1) and Woodgrove (4-1-0) but the Raiders in second place have four games left while the other two teams have just three. And LC plays both Briar Woods (May 7) and Woodgrove (May 14) so it should be a fun finish.
Cedar Run: Battlefield (8-0-0) has a huge lead on Patriot (5-1-1) but the Bobcats final two district contests are tough games against Broad Run and Patriot. Should Battlefield drop both, the door would be open for Patriot which could then claim the regular-season title by sweeping its final three matches against Freedom, Stonewall and Battlefield
Liberty: Stone Bridge (5-0-1) wrapped up the district's top spot with a 5-0 win over Marshall on Thursday. While McLean (4-1-1) is just a game back with one to play, the Bulldogs beat the Highlanders head-to-head.

Dulles District: Loudoun County and Woodgrove are tied with 14-1 district records and three games left including a season finale against each other! Briar Woods is two games back with four still to play.
Cedar Run District: Osbourn and Battlefield are tied at 7-2 with one game left. Osbourn finishes with last place Stonewall (1-8) whiel Battlefield plays Patriot (5-4). Broad Run will be the 3 or 4 seed while Freedom will be the 5 or 6 seed.
Liberty District: Stone Bridge has clinched the top spot heading into the district tournament with a perfect 12-0 mark and two games left.

Volleyball: Updated Standings
(Sept. 11, 2012) - Loudoun County High School has yet to lose a set this girls volleyball season with a sweep in their first four matches. Heritage, Loudoun Valley, Potomac Falls and Tuscarora are all at 3-1 in the Dulles District behind the Raiders.
In AAA, both Freedom and Stone Bridge have opened the year 4-0 in non-district play.

Boys Lacrosse: Updated Standings and Playoff Match-Ups for Dulles, Cedar Run and Liberty Districts
(May 14, 2011) - There are seven area boys lacrosse teams alive in postseason play with district and regional play coming up Monday and Tuesday.
In the Dulles District semifinals Monday, Briar Woods hosts Woodgrove and Dominion hosts Loudoun County. Since Briar Woods is assured of a Region II bid, if the Falcons win, then the winner of the Dominion vs. Loudoun County would get a bid and the two semifinal losers would play for the third and final regional spot. If Woodgrove beats Briar Woods, then the Wolverines would clinch a bid as well as the winner of the Titans vs. Raiders match-up.
In the Cedar Run semifinals Monday, Heritage has a tough task as they travel to power Battlefield. Loudoun Valley and Stonewall Jackson meet after splitting the season series. Battlefield has a regional bid already with one more Cedar Run team to advance to the Northwest Region tournament.
In the AAA Northern Region, the 16-team regional tournament starts Tuesday with Stone Bridge playing at Woodson.
