Baseball: Aldie Senators Hit A Thon Moved to Tuesday, July 16; Team Has 3 Home Games this Week

(July 1, 2013) - Due to the impending weather, the Aldie Senators Hit A Thon has been moved to Tuesday, July 16 at 5 p.m. at John Champe High School.

The Hit a Thon is a great way to show your support for the local Valley Baseball League team. The Senators upcoming home schedule at John Champe is:

• Monday, July 1, 7:30 PM vs. the Strasburg Express (June 2, rain make up game) 
• Tuesday, July 2, 7:30 PM vs. the New Market Rebels 
• Saturday, July 6, 7:30 PM vs. the Strasburg Express 

The Senators are currently in 3rd place (11 wins and 11 losses) in the Northern Division of the Valley Baseball League.

Gates open 30 minutes prior to the start time. Tickets are $5 for adults, $3 for Senior Citizens, Military and children 12 years old or less are free of charge. So come on out and grab dinner at the ball park.
