(May 6, 2013) - Viva Loudoun will rank the top five girls lacrosse teams among Loudoun's 13 public high school each week.

1, Stone Bridge (11-3)
Bulldogs fall to Madison but bounce back with two wins and move into Liberty semfinals

2, Woodgrove (12-2)
Wolverines win Dulles District once again!

3, Loudoun Valley (11-2)
Vikes only losses to Woodgrove and Centreville

4, Tuscarora (10-4)
Huskies fall to Valley by two goals, 12-10

5, Loudoun County (10-2)
Raiders suffer rough loss to Woodgrove

On the Bubble: Briar Woods (7-6), Broad Run (9-5), Freedom (7-7)

1, Stone Bridge (9-2)
Bulldogs fall to power Langley, 15-5, but a win over No. 2 Woodgrove, 11-8, keeps them Top Dawgs

2, Woodgrove (10-2)
Wolverines were poised to make the move up to No. 1 but fell by three goals to SB.

3, Loudoun Valley (9-2)
Vikes only losses to Woodgrove and Centreville

4, Tuscarora (9-3)
Huskies can't tame No. 2 Woodgrove

5, Loudoun County (10-1)
Raiders are poised to make a move with matches vs. Woodgrove and Loudoun Valley remaining.

Week 6, April 15-20

1, Stone Bridge (8-1)
Bulldogs claim top spot with Liberty District wins over Marshall, 20-13 and South Lakes, 19-10

2, Woodgrove (8-1)
Wolverines move up to No. 2 with wins over Champe, Briar Woods and Dominion by a combined 61-12 scores. And they get a shot at No. 1 SB this Friday in Ashburn.

3, Loudoun Valley (6-2)
Vikes double up Potomac Falls, 14-7, and beat Briar Woods, 16-6.

4, Tuscarora (9-2)
Huskies up a spot after knocking off previous No. 1 Loudoun County, 11-9, and beating Heritage, 16-4.

5, Loudoun County (9-1)
With just their first loss, Raiders tumble to No. 5. They have yet to face Woodgrove or Loudoun Valley.

On the Bubble: Briar Woods (4-5), Broad Run (7-4), Freedom (5-6), Dominion (5-5)

Week 5, April 8-13

1, Loudoun County (8-0)
Raiders edged Dominion, 12-10, and beat GM, 11-6, to hold onto first but Stone Bridge is closing in on the top spot!

2, Stone Bridge (6-1)
Bulldogs rough up McLean, 17-6, and are ready to claim first if the Raiders stumble this week (OK, Ok, we know the Raiders lost Monday night so expect some changes next week!) 

3, Woodgrove (5-1)
Wolverines with signature win over rival Loudoun Valley, 7-2, after earlier win over PFalls.

4, Loudoun Valley (4-2)
Vikes remain in 4th despite losses to AAA power Centreville and rival Woodgrove

5, Tuscarora (7-2)
We knew the Huskies were on to something good (these rankings were put together prior to Monday's lax results!) after a 16-15 win over Briar Woods and win over Park View.

On the Bubble: Briar Woods (3-3), Broad Run (5-3), Freedom (5-3), Dominion (5-4)

Week 4, April 1-6

1, Loudoun County (6-0)
Raiders beat Champe, 18-1 and edge Freedom, 11-9 and become our new No. 1!

2, Stone Bridge (5-1)
Bulldogs move up to No. 2 past Woodgrove on comparative strength of 17-2 win over Briar Woods and Woodgrove's 14-6 win over Briar Woods moves Wolverines to third 

3, Woodgrove (3-1)
No shame in Wolverines 10-6 loss to Oakton but they move down to No. 3 .. for now!

4, Loudoun Valley (4-0)
Vikes played just one game last week and won easily against Heritage, 23-4

5, Broad Run (3-3)
Both Broad Run and Freedom fell to Battlefield last week but Spartans get the nod at No. 5 with a 12-9 loss to BF vs. Freedom's 17-13 loss to Bobcats. Previous No. 5 Tuscarora fell to George Mason.

On the Bubble: Tuscarora (5-2), Freedom (4-2), Dominion (4-3)


Week 2-3, March 18-30
1, Woodgrove (2-0)
Wolverines open season with convincing wins over Heritage, 15-1, and Battlefield, 15-4.

2, Loudoun County (4-0)
Raiders stay unbeaten with wins over Patriot, 18-11; and Potomac Falls, 16-6.

3, Stone Bridge (3-1)
Bulldogs drop from top spot after close 14-13 loss to unbeaten Westfield and win over rival Broad Run, 13-8

4, Loudoun Valley (3-0)
Vikes have yet to be tested with wins over Fauquier, twice, and Park View

5, Tuscarora (4-1)
Huskies break into the Top 5 with three wins on the week: 14-8 over George Mason; 14-3 over Heritage and 23-1 over Champe

On the Bubble: Broad Run (2-2), Freedom (3-1), Dominion (2-2)
