(Oct. 9, 2012) - A Veteran's Day 5K race is planned for Bolen Park in Leesburg, Loudoun's newest regional park. Runners will travel throughout the park around sports fields, over bridges and through wooded trails at the Sunday Nov. 11 event.

Field Hockey: Registration for Youth, High School and Adult Leagues
(Aug. 7, 2011) - Fall Registration is open for Loudoun Field Hockey Association for grades 3-8, High School Club and Adult league.
High school players from the league have established club teams in most of the county high schools. Play this fall will be in Sterling, Leesburg and Purcellville -- on turf and the new Bermuda grass fields at Bolen Park.
New and experienced players welcome. Registration closes soon, go to www.loudounfieldhockey.org or contract lu@loudounfieldhockey.org for questions.
