News: Loudoun Education Foundation Raises $92,000 at Annual Golf Classic

(Sept. 27, 2011) - The Loudoun Education Foundation (LEF) raised $92,000 at its annual Golf Classic on Monday, September 19, at the 1757 Golf Club.

The Loudoun Education Foundation (LEF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation that raises private funds to enhance the quality of education in Loudoun County Public Schools. The Foundation supports projects that stimulate students’ curiosity and create exceptional learning opportunities.

News: Redskins Alumni to Tee it Up Sept. 19 in Loudoun Education Foundation Golf Classic

(Sept. 15, 2011) - Four former Washington Redskins – Clarence Vaughn, Pat Fischer, Raven Caldwell and Ron Saul – will hit the links at the Loudoun Education Foundation (LEF) Golf Classic on September 19 at the 1757 Golf Club. The former NFL players, whose appearance was arranged through the Redskins Alumni Association, will mingle and play with tournament participants throughout the day.

Redskin great Mark Moseley will be the speaker at a dinner reception and silent auction that follows the tournament. For the first time, the dinner and auction will be open for those who did not participate in the golf tournament for $25. (This fee includes an LEF picnic blanket.)
