(Dec. 31, 2011) - The Potomac Falls High School wrestling team had a strong showing at the Willie Walters Holiday Classic Tournament this week, placing 3rd out of 17 teams.
The Panthers were lead by Senior Batchka Zulkhuu, who took 1st place, beating West Virginia State Champion Cody Spinks in the finals 10-3. Batchka was also awarded the tournament’s Most Outstanding Wrestler award. Other place winners were 106 Louis Ives (4th), 132 Mike Linza (3rd), 145 Garrett Griffith (6th), 160 Omer Nezam (3rd), 170 Zach Causey (3rd), 195 Anar Antagerel (6th), and 285 Austin Mehalic (2nd).
