Girls Volleyball: Stone Bridge Rolls into Northern Region Quarterfinals with 16th Straight Win

(Nov. 8, 2011) - The Stone Bridge High School girls volleyball captured their 16th consecutive win Monday with a sweep of Washington-Lee (25-12, 25-8, 25-20) in the AAA Northern Region tournament first round.

The defending regional champion Bulldogs have now won 16 straight matches including 11 straight by straight sets. Stone Bridge (24-2 overall) hosts Oakton tonight at 7 p.m. in the regional quarterfinals.
