Basketball: Local Doubleheaders Running 1-2 for Game of the Week

(Jan. 27, 2011) - Two local Loudoun basketball girls/boys varsity doubleheaders scheduled for Friday -- Heritage at Loudoun and Loudoun County at Tuscarora -- are running 1-2 in the voting for the Toyota DC.HighSchoolSports.net Game of the Week.

The winning game will have a photographer sent to the game and be featured on air during the Toyota Dc.HighSchoolSports.net Game Night Brief, including extended highlights and post-game interviews. Currently the DH at Valley has gained 41.6percent of the votes with the Tuscarora twin bill at 35.7 percent.

VivaLoudoun will have coverage of both of these DH's Friday as well as having editor Dan "SuperSizeMe" Sousa on hand for another local DH as Broad Run travels to Potomac Falls with first on the line in the boys Dulles District race.
