Radford (June 11, 2010) - Loudoun County High School defeated Blacksburg 2-0 in the Group AA Girls Soccer State semifinals Friday at Radford University as part of the 2010 Spring Jubilee.
Shuana Kain (9th minute) and Sarah Olivero (74th minute) scored the game’s only goals.
The Raiders will play Dulles District rival Broad Run in Saturday’s State Championship Saturday morning at 10 a.m. Broad Run advanced to the finals with a 3-0 win over Hidden Valley in Friday’s first semifinal match.
Loudoun County finished with a 12-5 advantage in shots.
