What: Cheers Sports has printed up special t-shirts to honor the athletes and we will take individual and group photos of each sport on this timetable:
9:45 Boys Tennis
10 Girls Tennis
10:15 Boys Track and Field
10:30 Girls Track and Field
10:45 Boys Lax
11:00 Girls Lax
11:15 Boys Soccer
11:30 Girls Soccer
11:45 Baseball
12:00 Softball
12:15 Fall Fan Favorites
12:30 Winter Fan Favorites
12:45 Spring Fan Favorites
What to Wear: If you have a jersey top that would be great (no full uniforms needed) or you can wear some sort of spirit wear that IDs your school and sportArrival: Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to assigned photo time so we can organize the shots
What if I can't make my assigned time? No problem, you can still have your individual shot taken any time during the photo shoot. You will just miss the group photo.
What if I can't make it at all Sunday? No problem. You will still be named to the All-Loudoun team of your sport and Cheers Sports will have a list of the teams. You can pick up your t-shirt from Cheers any time after June 23.
What if I was named to a fall or winter All-Loudoun team and couldn't make the photo shoot. Can I come have my individual shot taken? Yes! Show up anytime during the shoot hours.
Is there a cost to attend the photo shoot? No! Photos will be available for purchase at a later date.
When will the photos be available for viewing/purchase? Photographer Aaron Wyche will be shooting with a "green screen" and will be producing one-of-a-kind keepsake shots for the athletes. Expect photos to be posted on Viva Loudoun's photo site about two to three weeks after the shoot.
