(May 25, 2010) - Potomac Falls' Michael Lascomb became the fifth Panther in 10 years to be named the Dulles District Player of the Year and PFalls Joe Terango was named Coach of the Year for the second straight year.

(May 25,2010) - Broad Run High School senior Anna Blessing's Dulles District softball Player of the Year honors makes it seven times in 10 years, and four straight years, that Broad Run has had the Player of the Year. Briar Woods's Jennifer Traina picked up her second Coach of the Year honors in three seasons.
