What: Cheers Sports has printed up special t-shirts to honor the athletes and we will take a group photo of each sport on this timetable:
Boys XC 9:45 a.m.
Girls XC 10 a.m.
Golf 10:15 a.m.
Girls Volleyball 10:30 a.m.
Cheer 10:45 a.m.
Football 11:15 a.m.
Gymnastics 11:45 a.m.
Boys Swim Noon
Girls Swim 12:15 p.m.
Wrestling 12:30 p.m.
Girls Hoops 12:45 p.m.
Boys Hoops 1 p.m.
What to Wear: If you have a jersey top that would be great (no full uniforms needed) or you can wear some sort of spirit wear that IDs your school and sport
Arrival: Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the group photo time so we can organize the shots
What if I can't make it? No problem. You will still be named to the All-Loudoun team of your sport and Cheers Sports will have a list of the teams. You can pick up your t-shirt from Cheers any time after May 19.
