Soccer: Team Registration Now Open for Calvary FC SoccerFest Set for June in Leesburg

Leesburg, VA (April 17, 2013) -- For the 20th consecutive summer, the area’s largest and most dynamic festival of fun, sun and soccer returns to the Washington D.C., metropolitan area. Known for celebrating the sport in family-friendly environment with an emphasis on fun, Cavalry FC SoccerFest (renamed for its new sponsor!) returns to Loudoun County’s Morven Park (41793 Tutt Lane, Leesburg, VA 20176) on Saturday, June 29 and Sunday, June 30.

Cross Country: Region II Meet Moved from Oatlands to Tuscarora High School

(Oct. 31, 2012) - The Oatlands cross country course is known for its challenging water crossing but flooding this week in the area has prompted the Region II boys and girls cross country meet to move to Tuscarora High School on Thursday, Nov. 1.

The meet will now be run on the Huskies home course, Morven Park, which is adjacent to the school. Fans can park at the school and walk to the course. Girls race starts at 3 p.m., boys at 3:45 p.m.
