News: Downtown Leesburg Street Improvements Begin Construction in July

(June 17, 2013) - After July 4, 2013, construction will begin on street improvements to Loudoun Street, between South King Street and Church Street, in downtown Leesburg. This project begins Phase 2 of the Downtown Improvement Project. Phase 1 included improvements to the alley and pedestrian walkways between the Town Hall Parking Garage and South King Street, and a new gateway to the historic district at Mom’s Apple Pie.
