Ashburn (April 27, 2013) - The Washington Redskins made two selections on Day 2 of the 2013 NFL Draft, selecting North Carolina State cornerback David Amerson in the second round (No. 51 overall) and Florida tight end Jordan Reed in the third round (No. 85 overall).

Football: Potomac Falls Grad Adrian Tracy Drafted by the New York Giants in 6th Round

(Apr. 24, 2010) - Loudoun County has had two football players selected in the NFL draft today as Potomac Falls High School grad Adrian Tracy has been selected by the New York Giants in the sixth round. The William and Mary defensive end is the 184th overall pick and joins Stone Bridge grad Ed Wang,  Virginia Tech OT, who was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the fifth round.

Football: Potomac Falls Grad Adrian Tracy on List of NFL Combine Invitees

(Jan. 13, 2010) - Potomac Falls High School grad and William and Mary defensive end Adrian Tracy has been invited to the Feb. 24-March 2 NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis.

The Sterling native ranked seventh nationally with 1.57 tackles for a loss per game and 15th at 0.79 sacks per game. With 12 sacks, he equaled the single-season school record established by Luke Cullinane in 1996. Additionally, Tracy ranked sixth in the conference in tackles among defensive linemen with 5.6 per game.

Football: Stone Bridge Grad Ed Wang on List of NFL Combine Invitees

(Jan. 13, 2010) - Stone Bridge High School grad and Virginia Tech offensive tackle Ed Wang is one of four Hokies invited to the Feb. 24-March 2 NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis. Click here for the full list from Sporting News.

The 6-foot-5, 309-pound Wang is a good bet to be drafted in the upcoming NFL draft. Wang started 37 games for the Hokies in his four seasons, including 27 over the past two years.
