Youth Sports - Cross Country Running Season is Here in Dulles South

(Sept. 29, 2011) - The Dulles South Youth Cross Country 2011 Fall season is here - an incredibly well-organized and parent-supported running club for girls and boys grades 3-8 here in Loudoun. The club runs cross country in the Fall, and morphs into a Track and Field club in the Spring - with a very large number of track and field parent alumni helping with practices and race day, training, learning short and long running strategies, exercise and warmup approaches and altogether leveraging what's a surprising volume of track and cross-country experience among the Dulles South communities (South Riding, Stone Ridge, Aldie).
