Boys Lacrosse: Cavaliers U13 Orange Team Goes 5-0 at Brine Indian Summer Tournament

(Nov. 6, 2012) - The Cavaliers U13 Orange boys lacrosse team went 5-0 while winning the Brine Indian Summer tournament Oct. 20-21. The Cavs are comprised of Loudoun County boys. They beat Fuze 7-1 in the semis and the Baltimore Breakers 10-2 in the final. This is the second championship for Coach Pehlke and the fourth overall for the Cavs in the past two years.

Coach Pehlke was a four-time All-American at UVA where he was the 1990 ACC Rookie of the Year, was all-ACC in 1990, 91 and 93. He also was one of four players in ACC history with 100 goals and 100 assists.

Boys Lacrosse: Cavalier Orange Goes 5-0 at Summer Sizzle Tournament

(June 17, 2012) - The Cavalier Orange Lacrosse team had a hot weekend at the Summer Sizzle Lacrosse Tournament in Bel Air, MD, posting a 5-0 record to win their bracket. The team has players from local high schools including Briar Woods, Broad Run, Loudoun County, Tuscarora, and South Lakes. The team is coached by Bruce Lipson.

Lacrosse: Cavalier Lacrosse Orange Posts 4-0 Mark at NoVa West Tournament

(Aug. 7, 2011) - The Cavalier Lacrosse Orange team made up of top high school lacrosse players in the area such as Briar Woods, Freedom, and Broad Run went 4-0 recently at the NoVa West Tournament.

Results of their four wins were: Cavalier Lax 9 – Chesapeake Rage 3; Cavalier Lax 10 - NoVa West Flamingos 9 (OT); Cavalier Lax 12 – Dragon Lacrosse Club 4; and finally Cavalier Lax 10 - NoVa West Flamingos 8.
