Youth Sports - Girls Lacrosse: Summer Camps Scheduled at Claude Moore Park

Sterling (July 7, 2011) - Academy International is coming to Sterling and will run girls lacrosse camps for grades 1 through 8 at Claude Moore Park this summer.


The camp schedule:
July 18-22, 9 AM - 12 PM: Grades 1-4
July 18-22, 5 PM - 8 PM: Grade 5-8
Aug 15-19, 9 AM - 12 PM: Grades 2-8

For beginners to advanced players. Girls will be grouped by age and ability.

Academy International brings acclaimed players and coaches from the UK, Canada, and Australia. All coaches possess either national team, collegiate or premier club level playing experience.

Beginners are introduced to the fundamentals and rules of the game. Intermediate and advanced players sharpen skills with strategies for attack, defense, and midfield.
