News: National Weather Service Issues Flash Flood Watch for Friday Afternoon Through Late Friday Night
(July 7, 2011) - The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for Friday afternoon through late Friday night for portions of Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia and Northeast West Virginia.
