Football: Loudoun Valley Grad Chris Regan to Play at Whittier in Fall

(July 21, 2010) - We add another athlete to our Class of 2010 college choice chart as Loudoun Valley High School grad Chris Regan is going to play at NCAA III Whittier College in California this fall.
