Baseball: Tuscarora Coach Cotter Resigns After Resume Questions

(July 10, 2010) - Traelic Cotter has stepped down as Tuscarora High School's new varsity baseball coach after questions over his resume were raised in a Loudoun Times-Mirror article this week.
