Girls Soccer: Broad Run's Church Named AA State Player of the Year, Collins is Coach of the Year

(July 21, 2010) - The Broad Run High School girls soccer team swept the postseason AA awards from the Virginia High School Coaches Association after a third straight state title as Spartan junior Whitney Church is the Player of the Year and Claire Collins is the Coach of the Year.

Also first team from Broad Run was junior Ellie Zoepfl as well as Loudoun County senior Olivia Mackey. Second team picks included sophomores Lina Granados of Briar Woods and Mallory Ullrich of Freedom. Follow the jump to check out the entire selections:
